No Fix No Fee

Unlike other Laptop Repair Centres we offer a honest NO FIX NO FEE POLICY.

For example if Laptop Repair Centre XY cannot Repair your Motherboard, they will offer you a New Motherboard at over £250.

Obviously at this point you will decline, BUT this is where the Laptop Repair Centre XY will charge you a inspection fee. They will state it is not a NO FIX NO FEE as you have refused the quote, hence stopped them from repairing the Laptop.

We see this as unfair....That is why we ask all customers to consider the hidden charges which other LAPTOP REPAIR companies charges.

The Laptop Repair Procedure is explained below.

• We shall quote you over the phone for the cost of repair.
• We will issue you with a RMA number if the quote is satisfactory.

REPAIRED

• 90% of the time we can repair your laptop's motherboard for the quoted price.
• At this point we shall test the laptop, take payment for the repair and send it back to you.

NOT REPAIRED

• Unfortunately not all laptop motheboards can be repaired.
• In this rare occasion we consider your laptop as NO FIX NO FEE.
• And the we shall quote you for a new motherboard.

DECLINED

• If you find the quote is too expensive and un- economical, then you can decline it.
• Unlike all other repair centres we still consider your laptop a NO FIX NO FEE case, as we were not able to repair your LAPTOP'S motherboard.

ACCPETED

• As we have been repairing laptops for over 20 years we have been able to drive down the cost of new motherboards.
• So you may even find affordable motherboards.
